Best of ... Entry 1

I decided that in order to do updates a bit more often, but not type anything terribly meaningful, I would go into my photo collection and starting posting the best-of's...



This is an operational P-51 Mustang at the Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino, CA. They maintain the largest operational fleet of WW2-era aircraft. While we were there (by total coincidence,) they were flying 2 P-51 Mustangs, a P-47 Thunderbolt, and a B-25 Mitchell bomber (forget the designation, but it was used in the Doolittle Raid on Japan during the early stages of the war.)

You Know What Really Grinds My Gears?

Potentially the last [outdoor] ride of the season was last Sunday to Minnehaha Falls from my house in the southern 'burbs - 23.1 miles round trip. Brings the total for the year to ... 1034 miles.
